[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.10.7

libinput 1.10.7 is now availabe. Mostly hw-specific fixes again: 
- the Logitech Wireless Touchpad and the MacBook Pro 5,5 had their palm
  thresholds added/updated
- a tapping bug caused taps to be ignored after thumb detection

Both the palm threshold and the trackpoint range have had their hardcoded
maximum dropped. This was used for sanity-checking values, turns out not all
devices fit into the range previously assumed to be sane.
