Hi all,

Daniel Stone, Derek Foreman and myself have supported Simon as the new
Wayland and Weston release manager, and no-one has objected in a week,
and also there were no other volunteers.

Therefore let's make it official and say hi to our new release manager,
Simon Ser! :-)

I'll see about setting up the Gitlab access rights if they're not done
yet.
