[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.12.5

libinput 1.12.5 is now available. This release fixes an issue with the 
Asus VivoBook Flip 14 TP412UA, the tablet mode switch is 'stuck', causing
the keyboard and touchpad to stop working. A quirk was added to rectify
that.
