[PATCH wayland-web 0/9] Remove PDFs, update main build guide

Hi,

since meson is there and autotools on its final count-down, let's update
the main Weston build guide to use Meson.

Things that would need further taking care of are:
- https://github.com/bryceharrington/wayland-build-tools/
- https://launchpad.net/~wayland.admin/+archive/ubuntu/daily-builds
- https://wayland.freedesktop.org/ubuntu16.04.html
- https://wayland.freedesktop.org/mint17.html

Those are all linked from the building page, and would need either
updating or removing the link. Suggestions?
