hotplug in weston

Hi all,

I want to ask if hotplug is fully supported in weston 8.0? I see some
related hotplug changes in drm-backend and compositor, but how to handle
windows if there is application running on that output plugged out? Is
desktop shell or ivi-shell support hotplug?
