[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.16.2

libinput 1.16.2 is now available. A few device-specific fixes for the Google
Pixelbook, Apple Magic Trackpad 2, some ALPS i2c touchpads and a jumping
cursor fix for ALPS DoalPoint touchpads.
