Want to join gitlab.freedesktop.org to improve touchpad

Hi!

I recently patched *libinput* acceleration for touchpad and would like 
to fork this project on gitlab to work on it more and share my 
improvements.
How can I do it?
I registered there with this email but cant login yet.
