[ANNOUNCE] Weston 14, 13, 12 bug-fix release for 25'th April

Hi all,

Next week, 25'th of April 2025, I'd like to do a bug-fix release for
Weston 14, 13 and 12. A few fixes have been pilling up since our previous
release and as Weston 15 is still in the works, I'd like to get these 
bug-fix releases first.

If there's something I might have missed please reach out and/or tag the
appropriate MR with 'Backport to Weston 12' [1], 'Backport to Weston 13'
[2] and/or 'Backport to Weston 14' [3].

The delta from each version can be seen at these MRs:
