[ANNOUNCE] Weston 12.0.5

Hi all,

This is Weston 12.0.5 bug-fix release. Due to some tests failing
(unrelated to the fixes here) I wasn't able to release Weston 12.0.5 on
last Friday, and wanted to figure out what was causing them. I've traced
that to a potential fix, but those changes would've been to intrusive to 
land in Weston 12. 

Pekka suggested instead to use software rendering and that allowed me to
run the tests. That in turn required a bump in Xwayland, and with it,
a bug-fix for xwayland test which is not part of this bug-fix release.
