[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.27.1

libinput 1.27.1 is now available.
This release fixes two regressions in the gesture state handling introduced
in 1.27.0.
It also removes an assert triggered by a finger count mismatch. That can be
triggered by a still-unclear-but-niche race condition. The assert wasn't
required for functionality so we simply skip over the issue now.
libinput replay has a slightly new output format and now supports Ctrl+C to
stop the currently replaying event sequence.
And then we have of course the usual collection of bug fixes and
device-specific quirks.
