I really wish Wayland was named something like SUGCP (Secure Unix Graphics Composition Protocol) — it would discourage people from thinking that Wayland is software.

Nobody really sends messages to HTTP working group asking for their favourite browser to have a new knob.

Maybe it's not too late for a rebranding? </joke>
