As far as I am aware, there is no such thing. There are X Desktop Environments / Window Managers and Wayland Compositors. By your wording, I'll assume you are looking to gather this Information trough the Wayland protocol itself. If I'm not entirely mistaken, this can not be done and would have to be implemented on a compositor by compositor basis - though I doubt you'll have much luck doing that. One of the primary advantages of the Wayland design architecture over X is it's security model, and, as I see it, your Application would be the attacker here. Now on a personal note: I am seriously concerned using your software might be breaking a few laws on worker protection.
