[Xcb] toying XCB

Hello,

To be in line with this page 
http://www.freedesktop.org/Software/XserverInstallGuide , I (re)made the 
installation of xcb based on the same prefix and defined PKG_CONFIG_PATH 
accordingly. I defined LD_LIBRARY_PATH to target the new installation 
directory in order to run demo. xcb is work in progress and it is 
probably not yet ready to integrate the core directory.
I think it is up to package manager of unix distro to manage place of 
elements. Especially, if they modify where are stored pkg-config files.
