[Xcb] XCB/XCL needs to be finished

We really need to get a production-quality version of
XCB/XCL out the door.  I think we're 80% of the way there
(whatever that means).  I just chatted with Jim Gettys, who
is eager to see us finish it up.  Right now, the X apps have
all been split out at freedesktop.org and are being made to
autoconf: this is a good time for us to finish these
libraries and get them integrated.

Anyone up for helping me finish this code?
