[Xcb] Trouble building xcb...

Hi all,

I'm trying to build xcb to use as an alternative to xlib in my Linux port of Lgi (http://www.mememcode.com/lgi.php)

I've built and installed xcb-proto fine. But when I ./autogen.sh the xcb directory I get:

	./configure: line 19075: syntax error near unexpected token `XCBPROTO,'
	./configure: line 19075: `PKG_CHECK_MODULES(XCBPROTO, xcb-proto)'

At the end of the configure run. Any pointers on fixing this?
