[Xcb] X11 won't compile --with-xcb

Er... Yeah, that's a known bug, due to the switch from M4 to XML for
XCB's protocol descriptions. I believe Josh posted a workaround a few
weeks ago that I'm supposed to commit to the Xlib sources in my copious
spare time. You might dig through the archives for that post.
