[Xcb] Sequence number assertion in XCB-based Xlib

If I attempt to run the X test suite using an XCB-based Xlib, or run an
application for a long time, I encounter the following assertion:

xcl/xcblock.c:92: _XPutXCBBuffer: Assertion `(dpy->request) -
(dpy->last_request_read) < 65536' failed.
