[Xcb] GNU ld --no-undefined considered useful

I just want to note that Josh and I just discovered a bunch of bugs in
how xcb-util was autotooled [1] using GNU ld's --no-undefined flag:
"Report unresolved symbol references from regular object files." We
built using this command:

make LDFLAGS=-Wl,--no-undefined

Josh will be committing the resulting patches sometime this evening, I
think.
