[Xcb] "Plan 7" documented, 32-bit wrap in progress

Gosh no.  Josh is quite busy this Summer, and Jamey is out
of town for a few weeks, and I've been fighting fires for
the last couple.  Hopefully I'll dig out from under some
stuff and make a start on implementing it next week
sometime---even better get some help on it.
