[Xcb] Another compilation problem...

There was no HTML X protocol reference when I went looking a year  
ago, and there is no existing means of generating HTML from the  
current documentation source files (which are only set up to make  
postscript and man pages, I think). Hence the drive to convert the  
docs to Docbook.
