[Xcb] what has happended with git ?

Just to be sure, what I do is the following :

1) I go into the gitroot/xcb dir and I do : git push
2) I change my files
3) I do : git commit -m "***" my_file (for each file)
4) I do, in gitroot/xcb : git pull origin

is it good ?
