[Xcb] missing xdmcp in the wiki dev page

we say that, in order to compile xcb, the user needs to download

util/macros (see note below)
proto/X11
lib/Xau

from xorg cvs, but nothing is said about xdmcp. As it is requested during
the configuration of xcb, i think that we should mention it

isn't xxdmcp belonging to xorg ?
