[Xcb] GLX protocol patches

Hey Pat, thanks for the contribution! All three patches look good to me,
but I can't easily confirm they're right.

Jeremy, can you review and commit these? I especially want your review
on the attribute-list patch. You've looked at the GLX protocol spec a
whole lot more than I have... which is to say, I think I glanced at it
once, and then ran screaming.
