A simple rule is anything that takes a list with a length field at least
16 bits wide. This includes basically anything involving drawing or
properties.

So incredibly cool. This is probably the first hard evidence we've had
that XCB actually *can* help with performance. :-)

Several someones, including me, will probably be quite excited to look
over your code. Post to this list when we can take a look, and include
directions on how to get it.
