[Xcb] server side XCB

This merely awaits an enthusiastic leader at this point, I
think.  We want to rip out the server-side protocol parse
and dispatch code and replace it with code auto-generated
from XCB protocol descriptions.  Means writing some XSLT and
understanding some server interfaces.  Non-trivial, but a
nice self-contained project for someone who wants it.  The
server folks are quite pleased with the idea.
