[Xcb] wiki migration is done-ish

Hey all,

Check out http://xcb.freedesktop.org/, where the site is now being
generated by ikiwiki. Hooray!

At this point I believe you should be able to make edits either by
clicking the "Edit" link on any page, or (if you're in the xcb group at
freedesktop.org) cloning the underlying git repository:

git-clone git+ssh://xcb.freedesktop.org/srv/xcb.freedesktop.org/wiki.git

We don't yet have a redirect for the old URLs (anything under /wiki),
but please stop using them. :-)
