[Xcb] ewl, the first toolkit to use xcb :)

Hey,

I've ported ewl (a toolkit based on the efl) to xcb. I took me around 2 
hours. That shows the power of evas / ecore :)

I'll try to port the other toolkit (etk) to xcb.
