[Xcb] Usage of XCB tutorial for derivative works

Vincent Torri is the original author of the XCB tutorial,
and has done a lot of the work on it, so it would probably
be best to chat with him first.  From my point of view, I'd
say use as much as you want as long as it is properly
credited.
