[Xcb] missing fields in proto/src/render.xml?

Thanks for reply.

Now I've understood the render extension a bit better and could test
all of xcb_render_create_*_gradient() with the patched xcb -- they've 
worked :)
(the test case attached)

Could you consider to apply the patch?
Though it changes function signatures, current APIs for gradients
seem nearly useless, so changing them should hurt nobody...
