[Xcb] Google Summer of Code: Haskell xcb bindings

Last year Spencer Janssen proposed[1] a project which aimed to implement
Haskell bindings for xcb. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to work on it,
and I want to propose this project for this year GSoC.
So, is anybody interested in mentoring the project?
