[Xcb] Problem with xpyb and setCrtcConfig()

I can only rotate crtcs by 180 degrees.

For example I can go from 0 to 180 and vice versa. And if I use "xrandr --
output LVDS --rotate right" and then I run my program I can go from 270 to 90 
and from 90 to 270.

I'll try to see if the same happens if I do it in C (instead of python) with 
XCB.
