[Xcb] debian packaging updates for xcb-proto/libxcb

Hi,

I updated the debian packaging of xcb-proto and libxcb, they're
available in the debian branch at [1] and [2].  A libX11 package based
on them is in the debian-experimental branch at [3].  Do you think it
would make sense to upload these updated versions to experimental, to
hopefully get some wider testing?
