[Xcb] What happened to libxcb-xlib?

libxcb-xlib has been removed.  It was the only user of the
_xcb_{,un}lock_io symbols.  The only libxcb-xlib user, libX11, has been
updated for the new libxcb, so you'll need to upgrade to libX11 1.2 at
the same time.
