[Xcb] Bug#522657: Bug#522657: libpthread-stubs0-dev: pthread-stubs.pc is installed in the wrong place

Twas brillig at 18:28:36 05.04.2009 UTC+02 when khorben at defora.org did
gyre and gimble:

 PP> The pkg-config file "pthread-stubs.pc" is installed in
 PP> /usr/share/pkgconfig instead of /usr/lib/pkgconfig. It is then
 PP> unusable

Please update/fix your pkg-config. $datadir/pkgconfig is in search path.
