[Xcb] _iterator functions

Given nobody noticed for a last 8 months, probably it's easier to drop
iterators and pretend they never existed :)

I've posted a patch removing use of _iterator() functions from EFL
yesterday (40 or so lines, only 3 matches for the whole toolkit), so
probably the only user of this API in the world is gone.
