[Xcb] Bug#515436: libxcb-xlib0 Xlib compatibility layer does not install with libxcb1 1.1.93

As said in topic, package does not install.
Some intel users want to use Xorg with latest intel drivers, 
however missing this compatibility layer imho cause some applications to fail.
