[Xcb] Win32 port - delayed submitting into the main tree though still alive :)

Hi guys,

Well as a few of you may remember I've basically managed to port XCB
to Win32. I had tried submitting it so it could be incorporated into
the main tree but for some reason it didn't go through. Since then
unfortunately I've been caught up with a lot of activity. I still use
the Win32 version of XCB and so far it seems to be quite stable. I've
been meaning to resubmit it upstream for sometime though things have
kept coming in the way and I thought I'd post a message here so that
if someone is looking for this and needs it now I'll get my ass off
the grass and just do it quick :)
