Test program. Link with -lpthread -lX11

The attached application (which is typical for openGL multithread apps), but
with the openGL stuff stripped deadlocks immediately when started with an
XCB-enabled xlib, but works fine with a non-XCB-enabled xlib. 

Some of the multithreaded mesa openGL demos (glthreads, sharedtex_mt) 
exhibit the same problems.
