[Xcb] Does xcb really need python?

If we go on the way of providing generated C files because people don't
have Python, then we will provide object files because people don't have a
C compiler.
My opinion is that what we distribute currently is OK. But if people
complains about Python, maybe we should change Python to something
lighter?
