[Xcb] Win32 branch of XCB now up :)

Hi everyone,

I've put up a branch of XCB with the Win32 port on GitHub :) You can get it 
from :

git clone git://github.com/topcat/xcb-win32.git

I hope these changes can become part of the main tree someday.

I've also updated the wiki.
