I believe your issue is caused by the bug that I mentioned last month ( http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xcb/2009-September/005034.html ). Padding bits for are being sent after the value_list, rather than before (per the protocol). Mr. Walsh, are you out there? -Tad Fisher
