Previous releases of xpyb are in the public domain. However, I am no longer working on xpyb as part of my job developing SELinux support for X. Other people have also made contributions since the last release. For these reasons, I think it appropriate to license the next release of xpyb under the MIT license, same as libxcb, proto et al. --Eamon W.
