[Xcb] I'm stepping down on organizing the XCB workshop

It's become increasingly clear to me that I just don't have
the time or energy to organize an XCB workshop.  I think it
would be great to have one, but I'm afraid someone else is
going to have to take it on.  I'm pretty confident that the
X.Org Foundation Board will vote money for it given a
reasonable plan, and I think a late May or early June date
would work for most folks.

If you're interested in taking the reins on this one, please
post a note to this list and let folks know.  I'm happy to
help with specific tasks, so let me know.
