I forgot to mention: If you know somebody who should be at this
workshop, please invite them and point them at the above wiki page,
even if you know they read this mailing list. In my experience, people
like to be invited. :-)

I'd like to hear back from people soon so we can pick a date and get
an idea of how much space we need.
