[Xcb] XCB Keyboard support and GSoC

Don't hesitate to ask questions  for your proposal if you finally decide
to write one.

Also, as stated in a previous  email, the main things which prevent wide
adoption of  XCB are  the support  of GLX extensions  and libs,  and the
keyboard. Therefore,  that would be great  if we could  have some people
working  on these  as  part of  the  GSoC. I  have  added input  support
there[0], so could  someone else add a paragraph  for GLX extensions and
libs as I don't really know about that?
