[Xcb] Need the patch on Bug 9528 under Suse Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1.

As an user and  newbie on Linux kernel and X11 development I need the patch of the bug 9528 integrated under SLES 11 SP1.
Is there any howto and or source where to get the fix from without diving into the git toolchain.
I didn't find the new xlib mentioned in the bug thread within the freedesktop dist's
