There's an xcb library for each X11 extension that's supported, much
like Xlib has libXrandr, libXrender, libXinerama, etc. plus a few
utility libraries to provide common functionality on top of the base
protocol libraries.
The xcb at lists.freedesktop.org mailing list should be able to answer any
questions you have about these.
