I've merged your patches. There's some things that need improvement,
that's for sure, but I think it's worth to be merged because we really
lack documentation, and honestly, this is quite good to see xcb
manpages.

I've added commit cc7fab2d5e912629d4a2a6adfb7666dc2ba45db2 so libxcb can
still build old xcb-proto which has no documentation. Feel free to
review and comment it.
