[Xcb] New release? (was: [Patch] Fix deadlock seen with wine)

Since no one complained, I pushed the above patch. Now I wonder if this warrants
a new release. The wine people certainly would prefer that. :-)

The only "big" change to xcb/proto since the last release is the addition of the
API documentation. I guess that this should be released, too, if libxcb is released.

For libxcb, the biggest change are the man pages, too. All the other commits are
some sort of fixes.

So, what do you guys think? Is there anything interesting laying around which
should be merged first? Is it to early for a release and we should collect more
changes?
