[Xcb] Wine locks up when running multithreaded applications that touch both OpenGL and X11

I filed a bug about Wine locking up in libx11/libxcb (
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54671), but I'm not sure I
chose the correct component such that XCB developers would be aware of the
issue.  I would really appreciate some help solving this problem, as I am
not real familiar with XCB, but it seems like this issue must affect other
multithreaded XCB applications as well.  Thanks in advance for taking a
look.
